1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tpower2.fun and all related services, mobile applications, and platforms operated by tpower2 ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and tpower2 as the platform operator.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Tpower2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version in effect.

2User Eligibility

Use of the tpower2 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of account registration.
• Not prohibited by local, state, or federal law from participating in online betting activities.
• Registering in your own name and for your own use only — not on behalf of another person.
• Have never had a tpower2 account previously terminated for a breach of Terms.
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

To fully use tpower2's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tpower2 enforces a policy one account per individual — each phone number, email address, and bank account number may only be associated with one account.

During the registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport. This process is mandatory and is designed to protect you from fraud and ensure the security of your financial transactions.

• Personal information provided must be accurate and up to date at all times.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• You must notify tpower2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or termination.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Tpower2 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for user convenience, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account within minutes upon payment confirmation. tpower2 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits made via supported payment methods.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for users who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits are based on your VIP membership tier.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding a specified amount.
• Funds generated through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account or via an unrecognised payment method will be rejected.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

Tpower2 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback bonuses, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

The rollover requirements specified for each bonus must be met in full before any withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet the rollover requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all wins derived from it.

• Each user is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or directly exchanged for cash.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or system abuse is suspected.
• Promotions have a set validity period and cannot be claimed after expiry.

6General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the tpower2 platform are subject to the general wagering rules set by tpower2, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport participated in. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before taking part.

Tpower2 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino and slot games to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome. Sports betting results are based on official outcomes from the relevant event organizing body.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption, tpower2 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until the wager is fully confirmed.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to void any wager placed after the relevant event has commenced.
• Any attempt to circumvent, cheat, or hack the gaming system will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7User Conduct & Responsibilities

All tpower2 users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner while using the platform. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or harmful to other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Falsifying your identity or using another person's personal information.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorized gain.

Tpower2 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure without notice, if a user is found to have violated any of the above prohibitions. Legal action may also be pursued in serious cases.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Tpower2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from legal authorities.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the tpower2 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the user in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

• Accounts suspended due to an ongoing investigation will not have access to funds until the investigation is concluded.
• In cases of closure due to fraud, tpower2 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including winnings.
• Users who request self-exclusion due to problem gambling will have their request processed within 24 hours.
• Terminated accounts cannot be re-registered using the same information.

9tpower2 Liability Limits

Tpower2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

While tpower2 strives to keep the platform operational 24/7, we do not guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions.

• Tpower2 is not responsible for losses caused by disruptions to a user's internet connection.
• Any wagering decisions made based on inaccurate information are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• Tpower2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of that user's most recent deposit.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Tpower2 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy tpower2, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the tpower2 platform, you agree that tpower2 may collect and process your personal data for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, transaction processing, marketing (with your consent), and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Tpower2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications, registered email, or a prominent notice displayed on the tpower2.fun website.

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms.
